JOAM accepts returns for refunds only and refunds only the price of the item(s) returned; shipping is not refunded. JOAM does not accept exchanges. Custom orders are not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
