Jewelry Organizers And More/JOAM

JOAM accepts returns for refunds only and refunds only the price of the item(s) returned; shipping is not refunded. JOAM does not accept exchanges. Custom orders are not refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers have 14 days from the item delivery date to ship the item back to the seller for refund. Please allow 10 days for refund processing.
